Founding Partner
Manisha Kadagathur is a 4xCHRO, independent director and 2x founder with 27+ years of experience across consumer, financial services, healthcare, technology and chemicals. She has led people and transformation agendas at GSK, Aon, AXA, AEGON Life, Vini Cosmetics (KKR) and IKS Health, and chairs the Nomination & Remuneration Committee at Safex Chemicals (ChrysCapital). She also built and exited an HR Tech start-up in the US.
Sujay Naik
Founding Partner
Sujay Naik is a 3x founder and fractional CMO with 28+ years of experience across consumer, healthcare and personal care. He has led the relaunch of Boost at GSK and led 3rd party contact manufacturing for GSK. He built India's first non GMO oil brand. He is the co-founder of a health food brand specialising in snack-on-the-go olives, Flavure. Having grown up in the US, Sujay is an avid 76ers and has played basketball for his college and school.
